Our Fixed Operations area (also known as Parts and Service) is the "glue" that binds the customer to the dealership by insuring their vehicle operates at peak performance. Regardless of what the vehicle needs - from ongoing vehicle maintenance to wheel alignments, brakes or even to determine more complex vehicle repairs with on-board computer diagnostics, our fixed operations team can make it happen. This is where customer satisfaction is essential. Beginning with the customers initial contact with one of our coordinators to schedule an appointment; to our factory trained technicians who ensure vehicle performance is at its best; to our knowledgeable service consultants who walk the client through the work performed on their vehicle; one thing stands out - Our focus on Customer Satisfaction.
The essence of the accounting function is to provide a service to management through data interpretation allowing us to make the best business decisions possible. With this focus on their internal customers our consolidated accounting groups supply management with services in payroll, account payables, account receivables, title work, contract processing and interpretation of the manufacturers' financial statements.
From the time the vehicle arrives on the lot and is brought into inventory (sales lot attendant), to the interested customer's call answered with a smile (receptionist), to insuring the vehicle is immaculate inside and out (technician and detailer), to assessing the needs of the customer on the phone or in the showroom and matching their interests with the right vehicle (sales consultant) and finally the products that add uniqueness to the vehicle and the sales contract (financial services consultant); every step has just one focus - the customer.
